The non-magnetic particles fall freely off the end of the roll while the magnetic particles adhere momentarily to the roll and are discharged into a separate chute by means of an adjustable splitter below the belt. The modular nature of the emf enables any number of units to be stacked to achieve the required performance.

Since the material is never in contact with the magnetic roll there is no wear on the magnets and under normal conditions magnetic strength is retained indefinitely.

Housing Magnetic Separator

We offer Electromagnetic Flux Single Row Drawer And Housing Magnetic Separator to our customers. It is an inline magnetic separator which is used in gravity feed chutes to extract ferrous particles within the powder or granular material that are being processed in various industries.

 

The entire structure is fabricated in stainless steel grade 304 or 316 and the flanged housing ensures simple installation. The drawer slides out completely, providing access to the magnets. On the removal of drawer, the inner tubes containing powerful rare earth magnets, slide out causing the debris to fall off enabling easy and effective cleaning.


The tube is encased in 304 or 316 stainless steel and 20-25. 4 mm diameter. These are offered with standard ferrite magnets or high intensity rare earth magnets (up to 22,000 gauss). The sealed ss ends are drilled & tapped for fixing purposes.
